Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Northstar, an invite-only product for approved users and organisations. By using Northstar, you agree to use the service responsibly and only as authorised by your organisation.

Access

Northstar access is limited to invited users. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for promptly notifying your organisation or the Northstar team if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Northstar, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the product in violation of applicable laws or agreements.

Customer Data

Your organisation is responsible for the data it connects to Northstar and for ensuring it has the rights and permissions needed to process that data through the service.

Availability And Changes

Northstar may change over time as features are improved, added, or removed. We aim to run the service reliably, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
