Northstar is an invite-only product for teams that want a clearer view of their revenue operations. This policy explains the basic ways we collect, use, and protect information when you use Northstar.
Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide or that is provided through your approved sign-in method, such as your name, email address, organisation, and authentication details. When your organisation connects business systems to Northstar, we process the data needed to provide dashboards, analysis, integrations, and related product features.
Product Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how authenticated users use Northstar. This includes account and organisation identifiers, dashboard pages visited, visit times, and interaction metadata for the Northstar AI chat, such as whether a message was sent or a response completed. We do not send AI prompts, AI responses, dashboard query parameters, or session recordings to PostHog.

Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run Northstar, when required by law, when needed to protect the service, or with your organisation according to its use of the product.
Security And Retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
